4 AM??

What the hell? I can't sleep these days. I wake up at 3, toss and turn, then finally just give up. Truth be told, I like being up at the crack of dawn. Everything is so still and quiet, even the cats are chilled. I did a lot of writing this morning and probably drank too much coffee, but what else was there to do??

My father arrives tonight and I'm very much looking forward to his visit. With his help, I think we're going to get our kitchen done!
