Time for Timer...A wagon wheele

I titled this one for Cindy. We used to run around in her pink Chevy Nova, complete with a Punk-Rock Barbie head hanging from the rear-view mirror singing the words to a School House Rock cartoon about cheese...Let's see if I can remember the lyrics: "I hanker for a hunk-a, a slapper-slice-a-chunk-a, I hanker for a hunk-a cheese, YAHOO". Somethin' like that. Anyway, at one point, the little round piece of cheese all decked out in a cowboy outfit says something like, "Oh look, a WAgonwheel!". I guess he was referring to a piece of cheese? What was the message of that cartoon anyway? Was it to get the youth of our day to eat more cheese? Why was that? And the one about "Don't drown your food, in mayo, sauce, ketchup, or goo. It's no fun to eat what you can't even see, so don't drown your food.". That one had a waltz beat, I remember that. But again, what was wrong with dipping your fries in ketchup? Who can eat fries without ketchup anyway?

I wonder why they stopped showing School House Rock? Or maybe they didn't. I never watch cartoons anymore. Maybe that's something I should start doing again. I mean, I'm riding my bike to school now and I'm feeling like a kid again. Maybe I should start bringing cartoons back into my life. Hmmmm... Okay, I'm going to conduct a poll: What was your favorite School House Rock cartoon? Mine was....

Check back next time for the answer!!
