Irritated...

Oh, man, it seems like I'll lose my mind today. I don't think I can take it right now and all I want to do is RUN!!! I hate that I'm always worried about everyone else! I'm the most overwhelmed ever and I can't get out of this state. Someone told me today to just be with the feelings, even the uncomfortable ones, but they're all uncomfortable!!! I was also told I don't have to do this perfectly. Well thank God for that, because today I'm far from perfect...
