9 Days and Counting...

I didn't get to blog yesterday and it hurt! I think I'm getting addicted. Just wait till I have a kid and I stay at home (ha!), I'll be blogging away alllll day...

This wedding thing is turning out to be so fun. There are clear boxes and plastic bags all over the house with stuff for the reception: paper lanterns, napkins, wrapped forks and knives in rafia the color of our invitations (still need to get that up here...). I'm simply appreciating it right now as I know it will be over in a little more than a week, and in two months time I'll be wishing I still had all this to fuss over. Did I already mention that in a blog? Probably...

Mike and Larry leave for Spain today. I so wish I was going to be in Caravia with them! They would be a blast to travel with. I wish I could see Mike's expression when he gets to the sea and sees the house! Mike loves to do many things I like to do, explore caves, take long hikes, eat great food. I have this feeling he'll want to go into business with me and turn the house into a bed and breakfast, or just move there period and live in the house himself!

My wonderful sister was here yesterday calming my nerves and helping me get organized. I was able to show her many of the things I've been working on and I ran by her so many thoughts I've been having that I don't share with Sean or Dad because, well, they're men, and they don't care one way or the other! Having her here was a huge help and we got to visit, etc. She's taking off next week, so I'll have her help me with things like cleaning the house, running errands, getting ready for Christian to show up (so looking forward to that!).

Life just rolls right along and I'm trying hard to roll along with it...:)
